Health Behaviors was founded by me, Trevor Gibbs!  

The idea for this site was born from my observations and experiences during my travels all over the world, as well as my passions for health, movement, physics, and studying systems.

I graduated from SFASU in 2007 (B.S. Physics w/ honors), and Texas A&M (M.S. Petroleum Engineering) in 2009.  Since then, I have spent the majority of the last 4.5 years living and traveling all over the globe using each new location as my own personal gym and playground (while continuing to nerd out on physics and engineering).

I have been fortunate to be able to observe, study, and learn from people and cultures around the world how to best approach living a healthy lifestyle, and I want to share that information with you.
